Billy Carl Hall was born July 17, 1948, in Borger, Texas. The son of Mary Wright Hall and Cecil Hall.

He attended Carver High School and was a trucker until his health failed.

He made a profession of his faith and was a member of Ebenezer Church of Amarillo, Reverend Gail Miles, pastor.  He was a faithful usher and enjoyed missionary work.

He is survived by:  Sister; Flossie Mae Washington and husband James of Pittsburg CA.   Brother; Thurman Hall and wife Yvonne of Las Vegas, NevadaThree step-sisters and one step-brother. Special friends; Menyon Alexander and Robert Foster; both of Amarillo
