The Caver Golden Dragon Association (CGDA) in its efforts to fund the Bonita A. Reynolds Memorial Scholarship (BARMS) is asking you, the Carver Alumni, the Amarillo Community, and the General Public to help in funding this scholarship. Our Mission of “Giving back, while sending messages to a future we will not see”, will only be achieved through educating our young. They are the future and let our messages leave no doubt, as a Village, we WILL support our young in this most worthy cause. This goal must be accomplished. "Failure is not an option."
For those of you that boarded “Flight 2012”, you had the fortune to be among the first to witness the new direction of the CGDA. Riding on the “Winds of Change” has brought us to bear witness as “A New Day Dawns” and now our “Flight Continues” to propel us in new and exciting directions to achieve our vision: “Giving back while sending messages to a future we will not see."
We would like to extend this invitation and ask you to be a part of this historical event and bear witness as we award our Messengers. We humbly ask you to give back and send your message loud and clear to the future by making a Charitable Contribution. Please fill out the form below and your message is sent.

We recognize that winds blow in all directions, and we must be prepared with a course of action no matter where we land: whether it is to help feed the homeless; to mentor our young; providing a source of information for the Amarillo Community and the Dragon Nation; or through scholarships, we have a viable plan for all.
In our nine years, the Carver Golden Dragon Association (CGDA) has experienced phenomenal growth. Growth cannot happen without change and change is hard for some. Our flight has not been without turbulence, but rising above the storm clouds with an unconditional faith on our side, the journey has so far and continues to be on the right course.
Recognizing the need of our children, there must be investments made in them as they are the future. Education is the key to accomplish their dreams. It is our responsibility to make sure the messages we send are viable. We must assist them in all ways to guarantee they are successful.
Now that we have recognized and identified the needs of our children; we are seeking your assistance to satisfy these needs. You can take a giant leap towards helping to accomplish this, simply by becoming a member of the CGDA. The question is, "Will you continue to stand on the ground gazing up as the CGDA continues soaring toward its destiny?" Take this opportunity to answer with a resounding NO!!!
Now that we have recognized and identified the needs of our children; we are seeking your assistance to satisfy these needs.
