Granville Keys Jr., 56, formerly of Amarillo, died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2007, in San Antonio.




Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Emmanuel Temple Church with Elisha L. Demerson, pastor, officiating.



Mr. Keys was born March 31, 1951, in Amarillo to Granville Keys Sr. and Cora Mae Isadora Keys.



He attended Hilltop Elementary and Carver Junior High and graduated from Palo Duro High School in 1969. He worked for Skippers Construction in Amarillo and was currently employed by Concord Supply in San Antonio for more than 10 years.



Mr. Keys enjoyed being with his family and friends. He adored his children and was very proud of his two lovely daughters.



He was preceded in death by his parents.



Survivors he leaves to mourn his homegoing include his devoted and faithful wife, Andrea Hale Keys; three sons, Rod Franklin and wife Elisha of Phoenix, Tray Keys of Atlanta and Winston Keys of Seattle; two daughters, Adrianna Keys and Gabrielle Keys, both of San Antonio; three grandchildren, Eric Keys of Amarillo and Armani Keys and Jada Keys of Seattle; his godmother, Mrs. Ola Butler of Amarillo; and a lifelong friend, Micheal Butler of Amarillo.



The family will be at 2421 N. Osage St. in Amarillo.
