Jacqulyn Delores Cleveland-Campbell, 55, of Amarillo died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011, in Livingston.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Warford-Walker Mortuary, 509 N. Hughes St., with the Rev. Morris Mitchell, pastor of Mount Olive Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery.

Jacqulyn was born Sept. 18, 1956, in Tyler to Junior and Maggie Cleveland. She attended public schools at Carver and Palo Duro High School. She was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Kenny Campbell; three sons, Rayford Cleveland of Amarillo, Derell Cleveland of Houston and Jeremy Hodgest of Childress; her mother, Maggie Cleveland of Amarillo; and two sisters, Jerenthia and Stacey Cleveland, both of Amarillo.
