Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 3, 2011 at St. John Baptist Church with the Rev. Dock Smith officiating. Arrangements are by Warford-Walker Mortuary, 509 N. Hughes St.

Mr. Davis was born Sepeptember 24, 1958, in Amarillo to J.V. and Sybil Davis. He grew up in Amarillo, attending Hilltop Elementary School and Carver Junior and Senior High School. While living in Denver he attended Cole High School.

Karl was formerly employed with Ricky’s Cleaning Service, Backyard Adventures and Car Quest.

Survivors include his devoted sister, Stacy Davis-Griffin and husband Dennis Griffin of Amarillo; two nieces, Haley and Tori Griffin, both of Amarillo; two stepsisters, Patricia Jones and Anetha Alford of Dallas; stepmother Margie Davis of Amarillo; six aunts, Bobbie Ann Rollins, Joy McWright of Denver, Beverly Winston and husband Ray, Christine Henderson of Houston, Casandra Anderson and husband Vernon of Amarillo and Madland Jones of Dallas; and two uncles, Marcellus Davis of Garland and Stanton Davis of Dallas.
